A match that started so positively with two evenly matched teams ended up unfortunately for Gornal very one sided losing 7-1.

gornal took the lead with a first goal for club for Alex Walters turning on edge of box and finishing low.

Gornal were able to hold onto the lead for ten minutes until Tividale came back scoring rim direct free kick and then a couple of lucky balls from crosses to be 4-1 at half time.

gornal tried to change things with fresh legs and change of formation but unfortunately to no avail and further Tividale goals followed as heads dropped on a wet cold afternoon.
