This weekend Sedgley and Gornal United Women travel to Solihull to take on current league leaders ,Knowle Ladies, in our second West Midlands Regional Womens league division One South fixture of the season. Last season the same fixture ended up with a 2-2 draw with goals from Olivia Lloyd, who returns to the side for the first time this season after serving a suspension, and Arshi Zahoor, who has left the club to take her masters degree. The team are looking to go one better on last years result and aim to maintain their current unbeaten record after progressing in the Vitality Womens FA Cup last weekend.
